Memorial Weekend

Well, with the extra day off, I can definitely get some work, and some cooking done this weekend. I'm still not sure what to do for dinner on either Sunday or Monday night, but I definitely know I want brownies... probably gluten-free brownies at that, since I haven't made anything for Kath in quite some time.
